What’s The Difference??

1. 1. Italian Gelato is made with milk rather than cream
   

2. 2. Italian Gelato is 40% lower in fat and calories
   

3. 3. Italian Gelato is made with almost no air. Premium Ice Cream has up 30 to 50% air whipped into it.
   

4. 4. Italian Gelato is usually more intensely flavored.
   

5. 5. Italian Gelato is less firmly frozen and has a silkier texture.
   

6. 6. If made with a milk base, it’s called Gelato. Made with a water base, it’s called Sorbetto. Both are incredible!!
